Shortly after entering escrow on the purchase of their dream condo, Cooper’s owners discovered that the Homeowners Association for their unit had a rule limiting the size of pets to 25 lbs. Cooper, who was adopted from a shelter on Camano Island 3 years ago, weighs 60 lbs; clearly way over the limit. Julie helped the owners apply to the Board of Directors of the Association for an exception to the rule for their beloved pet. The Board granted the exception since Cooper is a very warm, calm and mellow dog who has been an inside dog who gets walked 2-3 times a day. Cooper and his owners are now happily ensconced in their new home, thanks to Julie’s conscientious care.
